Godiva Caramel Pecan Coffee Tiramisu
Look, I understand that everyone who puts his or her hand on a Godiva’s Pumpkin Spice and Caramel Pecan Bark coffee should instantly think of brewing it and drinking it as fresh or in a beverage of sorts. But why not trying these coffee blends in a dessert recipe like Tiramisu, and sipping freshly brewed along with it?

As French as it gets, Croissants can (and should) be found on any Continental breakfast plates in all hotels, or pastry stores. A light (as in weight, NOT calories, mind you!) leavened puff pastry also known as a Crescent or a Crescent Roll for its distinct shape, a Croissant is made by many rolled and folded layers of yeast dough with butter in between.

Strawberry Short Cake
As every caring husband would do, I wanted to get the perfect Birthday gift to my dear wife, cooking the perfect meal, make her day, etc., and as every procrastinator husband does, I realized half day into it that I did NOT have a plan!
Luckily I went grocery shopping a day before so I had the ingredients but I had to improvise and this is the menu I came up with, preparing the whole dinner in little less than 3 hours.
So I was thinking slightly Italian given the fact that she likes Mediterranean simplicity, taste and colors.
