Baked Brie with Balsamic Blackberry Glaze

This mouthwatering baked Brie with balsamic blackberry glaze is a guaranteed hit at any party. The best part? You can whip it up in just 20 minutes. Try it out and prepare to be amazed.


One Brie cheese round
2 Tbs balsamic vinegar
1 Tsp honey
4-5 roughly chopped blackberries
2-3 slices of fresh sourdough (toasted)
Chopped parsley or basil

Place the cheese round in a baking dish, score the surface with a knife in a crisscross pattern, and bake in a 400F (200C) oven for 15 minutes.
Add the balsamic vinegar, honey, and blackberries to a saucepan over low heat to prepare the glaze. Simmer for about 4-5 minutes until the sauce thickens and the blackberries get soft.
Take the Brie out of the oven, pour the balsamic blackberry on top, sprinkle with the chopped parsley or basil and dig in with the toasted sourdough bread.
